Order Cancellation

We guarantee our customers the option to cancel their orders free of charge, provided the cancellation request is made within 2 hours of purchase. This helps ensure the order is not handed over to the shipping carrier.

Cancellation Conditions

  • The cancellation request must be made within 2 hours of placing the order.
  • If the cancellation request is made after the order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, we cannot guarantee its cancellation.
  • If the order has already been shipped, the return process detailed in our return policy will apply.

How to Cancel an Order

  2. Include the following information in your email:

    • Order number
    • Email address used for the purchase

Once we receive your request, we will confirm the cancellation of your order and process your refund as quickly as possible.
