At Zambba, we value customer satisfaction and strive to provide a positive shopping experience.
If, for any reason, you want to cancel your order or are not satisfied with the products you have received, we offer a return policy to ensure your peace of mind.
Below, you will find the details of our current return policy and the general steps to follow.
Order Cancellations
We allow customers to cancel their orders free of charge if the cancellation request is made within 2 hours after purchase to prevent the order from being handed over to the carrier for shipping.

Returns
If you need to make a return, please contact us to guide you through the process. Send an email to hola@zambba.es with the following details:
- Reason for the return.
- Product you wish to return.
- Preferred solution (exchange or refund).
- Full name, email used for the order, or order number.
Once we receive your email, we’ll provide detailed instructions on how to proceed. Don’t worry—it’s simple!
Additional return details:
- Returns must be requested within 14 calendar days from the delivery date.
- Returns have a small cost of €4.95 in Spain and €5.95 in the rest of Europe.
- The returned product must be in its original packaging, accompanied by the delivery note and, if applicable, the invoice.
- Refunds will cover the product price only, excluding shipping costs.
- For orders with promotions or discounts, refunds will be proportional to the discount code or promotion applied.
- Returns are not accepted for products in poor condition, visibly used, damaged, or without original packaging.
- Returns are not accepted after 14 calendar days.
Exchanges
To exchange a product for a different one, you’ll need to return the product first and then place a new order.
Second Return
If you make a second return for the same order, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.

Returns for Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Products
You have 2 days to notify us of such issues. We will offer the following solutions:
- Replace the product with an identical item.
- If the item is out of stock, exchange it for another product of equal value.
- Issue a store credit of equal value for future purchases.
- Provide a full refund.

- A description of the issue.
- A photo showing the defect.
- Your full name or order number.
In such cases, Zambba will cover the return shipping costs.
